Course description
Effective business transformation requires close integration and application of change management, project management and continuous improvement disciplines. This course will provide you with project management knowledge and continuous improvement tools and techniques to support change initiatives effectively. Stakeholder and sponsor management, organizational change readiness, high-level strategic planning, risk management and data-driven decision-making will be explored.
