A key first step in becoming an effective facilitator is understanding and assessing how your personal teaching style and preferences may effect the training environment. Setting the stage for learning begins with a solid understanding of diverse learner needs, goals and the potential impact of content on participants when creating a safe learning environment. Explore and apply best practices in facilitation for a variety of delivery modes - online, hybrid, in person and the appropriate technologies to create deep learning experiences.
