Course description

To meet corporate up-skilling objectives and ensure effective knowledge transfer, it is critical to create relevant, high quality facilitator and learner resources for a variety of delivery modes - online, hybrid, and/or in person. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of universal design for learning with the goal of developing accessible programs for a diverse range of learners applicable to a variety of corporate settings.
