Course description

The first step in designing learning and development programs is conducting a comprehensive needs assessment with key stakeholders. It is critical to identify the diverse needs of learners within an organization and design appropriate training programs to effectively meet organizational objectives and individual learner goals. You will gain the practical skills and knowledge to successfully plan and evaluate the impact of training on performance to meet corporate objectives.
