About the program

The Adult Education Certificate of Achievement is designed for professionals in any field who want to share their expertise through effective teaching and training. Delivered fully online, the program focuses on the practical skills needed to design, deliver and assess adult learning experiences.

You'll begin by exploring how adults learn — including their styles, needs and motivations. This foundation will help you build engaging courses, deliver instruction with confidence and evaluate learning outcomes effectively. Whether you plan to teach in a post-secondary setting or lead workplace training, this certificate equips you with the tools to succeed.
