Description
This micro-credential provides healthcare professionals with an introduction to project management for the healthcare sector and highlights the project manager’s role in transforming healthcare coordination, provision, and improvement. Learners will learn about the project life cycle and explore different methodologies, tools, and techniques before applying them to real-world healthcare challenges. By the end, learners will be equipped to drive targeted enhancements in healthcare planning, delivery and outcomes in collaboration with healthcare stakeholders.
