Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) is an educational approach that connects students and professors from various countries to collaborate on interdisciplinary projects through online platforms. This virtual exchange fosters intercultural teamwork and a commitment to sustainable development, allowing students to learn from diverse perspectives while acquiring global skills and competencies. In this comprehensive micro-credential series, faculty will prepare a COIL project with an international collaborative partner and complete a reflection on their experience after their COIL project is complete.

For successful completion of this micro-credential, students will successfully complete and pass all courses listed.

Awarded by the Registrar's Office to those who have successfully completed a defined list of related courses that focus on a specific competency. Typically less than 136 hours and include assessment. The quality criteria are determined by the college.
