Description
In partnership with Capacity Canada, Modern Board: Board Governance is an online micro-credential which will effectively position current/prospective board members and organizational leaders to successfully take on the challenge and privilege of serving on a board. Through discussions, reflections, and case scenarios of board governance, you will learn the key tools and techniques to become a successful contributing member of a non-profit board of directors.

Awarded by the Registrar's Office to those who have successfully completed a defined list of related courses that focus on a specific competency. Typically less than 136 hours and include assessment. The quality criteria are determined by the college.
