This part-time online delivered micro-credential focuses on the skills required for supervision in Early Childhood Education. It prepares anyone working in Early Childhood Education an opportunity to gain supervisory skills for working in community and child care spaces and places importance on skill building in human resources and financial management, pedagogical leadership and understanding the Early Years Act. Courses in this micro-credential can be applied to the Management in Community Services graduate certificate program.
Awarded by the Registrar's Office to those who have successfully completed a defined list of related courses that focus on a specific competency. Typically less than 136 hours and include assessment. The quality criteria are determined by the college.
