This micro-credential, which includes a full Instructional Skills Workshop (ISW), will help you critically reflect on the assumptions you make about teaching while strengthening your classroom facilitation and feedback skills. These micro-credential courses also provide credits towards the Post-Secondary Teaching Certificate.

Awarded by the Registrar's Office to those who have successfully completed a defined list of related courses that focus on a specific competency. Typically less than 136 hours and include assessment. The quality criteria are determined by the college.
