Description
This micro-credential is aimed at individuals wishing to improve their French language skills and focus on language needs for the workplace. Students will improve their French conversational, pronunciation, and written communication skills at a high intermediate level. Through an integrated skills-based curriculum, students will learn more about the structure of French, unique terminology for a variety of business settings, introductory translation practices, and produce written work suitable for increasingly complex business situations. Additionally, students will improve their confidence in speaking and listening suitable for a variety of business situations, with a focus on French in Canada.

Awarded by the Registrar's Office to those who have successfully completed a defined list of related courses that focus on a specific competency. Typically less than 136 hours and include assessment. The quality criteria are determined by the college.
