Mental health is an important tenant in today's ever changing world. Our understanding of mental health is limited. Learn how to identify problems when they arise, learn how to talk about the problems, and learn what to do about these problems. This micro-credential will provide the necessary training by offering mental health literacy and language, resiliency training, and the best practices for achieving positive mental health and well-being in yourself and others.
Awarded by the Registrar's Office to those who have successfully completed a defined list of related courses or workshops that focus on a specific discipline. Typically less than 136 hours and may or may not include formal assessment. The criteria are determined by the college.
