Course description

This course provides a comprehensive introduction to control charts as a key tool for process performance management. Participants will learn to distinguish between common cause and special cause variation, create Shewhart control charts for variables and attribute data using Minitab and Excel, and interpret charts to assess process behavior. Additionally, learners will explore how to select the appropriate control charts for specific applications while understanding their limitations to prevent misapplication.
