Process Performance Management II | Continuing Education

Course description

This course explores time-weighted control charts as essential tools for process performance management. Participants will learn to differentiate between control charts for process setup and monitoring, create CUSUM and EWMA charts using Minitab and Excel, and interpret their results. By the end of the course, learners will be able to effectively use time-weighted control charts to assess and manage process behavior.
