Course description

This course introduces the fundamentals of descriptive statistics to enhance process understanding and data-driven decision-making. Participants will learn to classify data, select appropriate sampling strategies, and apply key statistical measures such as central tendency, variation, and shape. Through hands-on exercises, learners will also develop the skills to visualize data effectively using various graph types for clear and impactful communication.
