Course description

This course will provide a comprehensive review of the Ontario Human Rights Code, the Canadian Human Rights Act and the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. We review their coverage, areas of protection and grounds of discrimination. Finally, a critical look at the role of the lay advocate in these cases will be taken and tips shared.
