This course covers the administrative and clerical procedures involved in a veterinary medical practice including effective communication skills, telephone skills, body language, conflict management, and working in a team-oriented, professional environment. This course will stress the importance of proper preparation of medical records, filing methods, appropriate paperwork, message taking, collection of information, and maintaining a professional manner.
