Course description

This course introduces students to various methods of evaluating compliancy with a Quality Management System (QMS). Internal quality auditors will find this course helpful, as it will examine how to best determine whether quality activities comply with planned arrangements and whether these activities have been implemented effectively. The students will learn how to apply the process approach to auditing in order to examine processes and procedures. The course will be using the 2015 version of ISO 9001. The student will be introduced to the differences between ISO 9001:2015 and the past version ISO 9001:2008 and be able to understand the reasons for the updates.
