Course description
Recommended: QUAL1030 Fundamentals of Quality Assurance or equivalent. This course will focus on the philosophy and the guiding principles that represent the foundation of a continuously improving organization. In addition, students will study the quantitative methods and human resources to improve all the processes within an organization and exceed customer needs.
