Managers, entrepreneurs, and other business professionals require a basic knowledge of accounting and finance principles to be effective in business. Topics include financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets and cash-flow statements, decision-making through financial analysis, profit planning, budgeting and control, time value of money, and sources of financing.
