Course description

Learners explore how artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming business analysis, from automating reports to supporting data-driven decision-making. Examine the evolving role of the analyst in utilizing AI tools to generate insights, develop models, and provide strategic recommendations. Topics include the evolution of business analysis with AI, identifying data sources, decision support systems, automation, predictive modelling, and performance improvement. Students gain foundational skills in prompt engineering, experiment with large language models, and explore agent development.
