Course description

This course introduces learners to the practical use of artificial intelligence (AI) in small business environments. Discover how AI tools can optimize workflows, augment human and AI decision-making, and reduce operational stress in a rapidly evolving marketplace. Learners will apply AI to real-world business challenges, such as drafting communications, planning social media strategies, analyzing financial data, and responding to customer inquiries. Emphasis is placed on selecting the right tool for the task and using it responsibly and effectively.
