This course provides students with a proficient understanding of performance management, performance appraisal and assessment, and the role of management and the organization in the performance appraisal process. Examine the linkage to and impact of performance management on other areas of Human Resources. Discover research and investigation techniques as they pertain to the measurement and determination of appropriate workforce behaviour, including performance improvement, progressive discipline, and the termination of employment.
