This course presents proven strategies for coaching and communication, getting work done, resolving conflict, improving positive performance, and developing positive working relationships. The fundamental principles of coaching and developing people in order to encourage their ongoing learning process in the workplace is introduced. Communication skills including delegation, motivation, conflict resolution, and empowerment will be discussed.
