In this course, discover challenges and opportunities in information management. Learn to assess the needs of an organization in order to implement processes for access, storage, and organization of information. Analyze, evaluate, and apply relevant information from a variety of sources. Utilize various formats, following established records management principles and procedures, to allow organizations to effectively manage information resources.
