In this course, learn critical thinking skills for applying problem-solving models to typical office tasks, while also identifying ways to integrate available office technologies into these models where appropriate. Explore an administrator's role in producing a variety of documentation according to established protocols and procedures. Examine the expectations surrounding professionals in the role of legal administrator, including a commitment to information privacy, personal accountability in their roles including following instructions and creating documents based on the instructions, and cultivating strong interpersonal relationships with both co-workers and clients.
