Course description
In this course, learn how laws must be understood and applied by management in the conduct of business. Discover how to analyze a business situation from a general legal perspective. Emphasis is placed on methods of dispute resolution, contracts, torts, employment law, methods of carrying on business, creditors' rights, sale of goods, and marketing law.
