Teams have become the fundamental building blocks of organizational structure. Examine the skills and abilities needed to lead a team-based organization. Leading in a team environment requires competencies, tools and techniques that focus on group dynamics rather than solely on individual performance. Learn how to mobilize participation, build consensus, and enable individuals to maximize their team’s ability to achieve results.
