Students explore many facets of the construction industry while they examine the factors that impact this industry such as: the economy, emerging trends, technology, sustainability, health and safety, and the environment. Students also examine the roles, responsibilities and relationships of a construction owner, designer, and contractor as well as the methods a commercial construction project can be delivered (DBB, DB, CM, PM and PPP). In this online course, students participate in readings, quizzes, research, reports and discussions
