Project management software greatly increases the ability of the project manager to work more efficiently. The functions of project planning and scheduling, resource allocation and costing, progress monitoring and reporting are explored in detail. The student moves from an introductory to an advanced level of familiarity with the functions of MS Project, a typical project management software tool. MS Project Trial Version of the software only lasts 60 days. Students must purchase full software to complete the course.
