Course description

This course focuses on the basic principles of nutrition therapy with an emphasis on person-centred care. A variety of conditions will be discussed including age-related changes, food allergies, heart disease, digestive disorders, and diabetes. Explore the nutrition recommendations, special diets, and nutrition support used in the prevention and management of these and other conditions.
