Course description

This course involves the study of research techniques as they pertain to the measurement and conditioning of workforce behaviour. Discover knowledge related to the introduction of electronic human resources information systems (HRIS) into an organization by discovering project management, planning, and implementation models. The value of HRIS to effective human resources (HR) research activities will be explored by looking at actual practices of HR professionals.
