Admission: RN, RPN, EMCA, ECG Technicians. (The pre-requisite of NURS8115 is not required for EMCA.) Enhance your assessment skills by learning to read ECGs. This course will introduce you to the basic principles of the 12 Lead ECG. Time will also be spent on recognizing ischemia and myocardial infarctions on the electrocardiogram. This course is part of the Cardiac Care and Emergency Nursing programs.
