Change Management Foundations is a foundational course designed to introduce professionals and aspiring leaders to the essential concepts and practices of change management. This course will cover key theories and models, identify types of organizational change, and go through the steps involved in preparing for change, including assessing organizational readiness, defining change initiatives, and creating a vision for the future.
