Course description

In the past few years, today’s world has evolved by using technology to communicate effectively with stakeholders. Hybrid and remote work has changed the culture of organizations and processes regarding stakeholder management. Employers will be looking for employees well versed in collaborative tools to facilitate effective presentations and meetings. Students will simulate specific situational applications of effectual communication skills in stakeholder change management. This approach to communication and presentation skills will address written, spoken, and electronic modes—non-verbal communication and body language, to foster business-appropriate competencies for the professional.
