Course description

This Scrum essentials course provides fundamental knowledge and principles designed for new Project Managers and IT professionals to increase their understanding of Scrum Principles. Scrum is one of the most widely used project management systems in IT. Starting with establishing a scrum team, students will set the vision for the project, write user stories, complete sprint cycles, produce charts to showcase work progress, and participate in standup meetings. They will also examine the value of interactions to get rapid feedback to ensure the project's success.
