Course description
In this Agile Stakeholder Engagement course, Students will identify different stakeholders, their unique roles and develop a strategy to meet their needs. As customers, colleagues, or managers, learning to collaborate efficiently is essential in maximizing the value of a project. Students will learn to think like leaders and become successful project managers by analyzing stakeholders, identifying stakeholder needs, and building stakeholder engagement.
