Course description

The Not-for-Profit professional is often called upon to manage organizations, programs and services in a complex and rapidly changing environment. At the same time, leaders are required to balance competing interests and priorities. Senior leaders and managers must develop and practice the ability to assess, judge and understand complex issues and systems. This course explores models to understand these complexities and helps to build the capacity of leaders to understand issues, identify challenges and opportunities and respond in a way that is appropriately, timely and strategic.
