Not-for-profit organizations need to support their efforts with strong internal and external communications. This course explores principles, processes and practices for communicating with a wide variety of stakeholders. Learners investigate communications theory, models, and outputs relating to media relations, social media and web presence, crisis communications and project-based communications planning.
