Course description

This course will be designed to develop students with the essential skills and strategies needed to effectively lead and manage public health initiatives on a local, national, and global scale. Students will cover fundamental principles of management, analyze leadership styles and strategies, team building, strategic planning, financial management and decision making. Students will apply these leadership and management concepts to real-world public health challenges through case studies, simulations, and hands-on projects.
