Course description

Students will expand skills learned in Real Estate I to complete residential purchase transactions. Students will use legal proprietary software to assist them in processing residential purchase transactions, including condominiums, to completion. Students will apply appropriate procedures and administrative skills to produce documents and correspondence that meet the standards of mailability and procedural requirements.
