Managing Retirement Plans 1 examines what is involved in decision making around retirement plan management and factors such as tax and pension standards legislation that impact design, funding and administration options available to plan sponsors as well as plan governance requirements. Learning is supported with regulatory guidance and industry-based practice guidelines for employer-sponsored retirement plans of all types, whether pension or non-pension.
