Course description

The student will expand on the role of the health care provider as it relates to assisting with and administering medication. This course will extend the student's relevant knowledge, attitudes, skills and judgement using evidence informed practice to implement theoretical concepts across the spectrum of care settings. The importance of the interprofessional team in relation to supporting, assigning and delegating medication administration will be discussed.
