Course description

This course emphasizes the financial manager’s role as it relates to long term issues in investing and financing. The objective of this course is to develop an understanding of the concepts and principles of the management of capital assets and resources. Topics include the theory and practice of capital budgeting, cost of capital, capital structure, sources of long term financing, dividend policy, corporate securities, and mergers and acquisitions.
