Course description

This course is designed to provide a complete review of the accounting process and principles, the managerial use of accounting and financial statements and their analysis, applicable to the property management profession. Learning includes the property manager’s role in the preparation of cash, operating and capital budget preparation and procedures. In addition, the techniques and approaches for establishing the corporate direction is discussed, and implementing strategic financial objectives to successfully achieve that goal.
