Course description

What role does equity and diversity play in student mental health? According to the WHO (2014; 2022), social determinants (e.g., gender, race, socioeconomic status) play a key role in shaping our lives and our mental health. In this course, participants will explore how the social determinants of health show up in the post-secondary teaching context and can impact both faculty and student mental health.
