Course description

Disagreement is a normal and healthy part of student group work. Yet, interpersonal issues resulting from team member differences can negatively affect group dynamics and productivity. Course participants discuss ways to minimize conflict and prepare students to address interpersonal issues during group work. Ideas for managing disengaged students are considered.
