Course description
Disagreement is a normal and healthy part of student group work. Yet, interpersonal issues due to team member differences can negatively affect group dynamics and productivity. Discuss ways to prepare students to address interpersonal issues during group work, then provide advice to a student on how to overcome interpersonal differences that have led to conflict in group work.
