Course description

This course will introduce students to the MasterCAM application and its relation to manual CNC programming. Students will learn to use the manual programming attributes, read fanuc code in relation to MasterCAM, calculate feeds and speeds for a machine, and use manual g-code and m-code. This course will focus on 2-dimensional geometry creation tool pathing and 3-axis machining using MasterCAM.
