This course provides a comprehensive training on wet cleaning and sanitizing practices essential for food safety and regulatory compliance. Participants will learn to distinguish between cleaning and sanitizing, apply proper PPE and Lockout/Tag Out (LOTO) procedures, and execute effective sanitation techniques to reduce microbial risks. The program emphasizes inspection, documentation, and verification methods, including visual checks and advanced swabbing techniques such as ATP and allergen testing.
