Course description

This industry-driven course focuses on IT business deliverables. It grounds students in the best practices for professional writing and presentation. Further, it provides strategies for engaging business audiences through the lenses of cultural and generational differences, conflict resolution, and team dynamics. Students will develop their skills in producing key business deliverables, including email, formal and informal reports, and sales presentations. Students will learn to build and curate a professional social media brand.
